Robert is currently the Chief Operating Officer for PLC an assisted living organization managing 14 Care homes in Northern California.
Robert found his calling when he accepted a position with the San Francisco Fire Department. He retired after 25 years of service to take on his next calling, caring for the elderly.
As a firefighter, Robert would be called to many care homes for medical emergencies. He was often appalled by the living conditions our most compromised citizens are subjected too, He vowed that no one would live in these conditions in a PLC home.
Robert’s drive and passion for the elderly is evident in the operations of the care homes. He is determined to make PLC to be the preeminent care facilities in California.
Mr. Curtiss Beilke
Curtiss Beilke embodies a passion and deep commitment for successful executive management. He brings more than 21 years of proven leadership and business experience. Curtiss currently owns and manages Timber Ford of Hayward, a new franchise Ford store in Northern Wisconsin. He has a solid foundation of knowledge that equips him to make quick, accurate and intelligent business decisions.
He is a true fiscal agent, an asset to any business environment and has a strong belief in community pride and involvement. Curtiss has been involved in many recreation property transactions and has done single family rehabs. He enjoys being involved in real estate markets.

Prashant Kumar is an Enthusiastic, Passionate and Goal Oriented Multifamily Operator. He applies his 25+ years of experience in corporate America to analyzing Income & Expenses, calculating Net Operating Income (NOI) and calculating Purchase Price based on NOI and Market Cap Rate. He acquires and holds stable, income producing multifamily apartment complexes in emerging US markets with long term capital appreciation. He runs meetup in NY and runs online masterminds with many groups. He does JV and Syndication deals. Along with Multifamily, he has passion to purchase Assisted Living Properties. He lives in Long Island with his wife, daughter and son.
Due to his technology and management background, he brings value by handling of resources and tasks. He is astute and detail oriented and eliminates redundancies from the processes. He owns single family rentals as well as multifamily and run them efficiently. He has done JVs and have GP interest in multifamily real estate.
